Below are the description of all the uses of the working document “Validated changes”:

“Validated Changes” is an input for the process “Monitor and Control Project Work “.
Approved changes that result from the Perform Integrated Change Control process require validation to ensure that the change was appropriately implemented. A validated change provides the necessary data to confirm that the change was appropriately executed.

“Validated Changes” is an output for the process “Control Quality “.
Any changed or repaired items are inspected and will be either accepted or rejected before notification of the decision is provided. Rejected items may require rework.
