Below are the description of all the uses of the working document “Deliverables”:

“Deliverables” is an output for the process “Direct and Manage Project Work “.
A deliverable is any unique and verifiable product, result or capability to perform a service that is required to be produced to complete a process, phase, or project. Deliverables are typically tangible components completed to meet the project objectives and can include elements of the project management plan.

“Deliverables” is an input for the process “Control Quality “.
A deliverable is any unique and verifiable product, result, or capability that results in a validated deliverable required by the project.
